We were so excited to go to the SeaCity museum in Southampton to enhance our learning about The Titanic. It was great to explore the artefacts that helped to bring the story of the famous ship alive. We had a really interesting workshop led by the grown-ups at the museum. We particularly enjoyed the floating and sinking experiment. We also had to identify some really strange smells that would have been on board. A further highlight was having a go at steering the ship! Some of us dressed up and we had to guess whether they were 1st, 2nd or 3rd class passengers. We all enjoyed our day and behaved beautifully.
