During the 'Covid years' we only felt able to plan for one year at a time, as everything was too unsettled and nobody knew quite what was going to happen the next week, let alone the next term or year. Now that everything is calmer and more settled, we feel it appropriate to set aspirational targets to achieve over the next three years. Some elements of the plan will be achieved much more quickly than others, and the plan will invariably be 'tweaked' next year, depending on outcomes of this year and our new cohorts of children. However, the attached summary of our strategic vision will remain broadly the same.
